Concierge services can assist with airport transfers, car rentals, grocery provisioning, private chefs, spa services, excursions, holiday and celebration preparations, and family-friendly activities. Please note that all concierge-arranged services are billed separately from your stay through our property management company.

How far is the villa from the airport?
Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is typically a 15–20 minute drive, depending on traffic.
Is a car recommended during our stay?
Yes, a car is recommended for exploring the island at your own pace, including beach hopping, dining, and excursions. That said, the villa is walkable to Graceway Gourmet and downtown Grace Bay, making it easy to access groceries, shops, and nearby restaurants on foot for day-to-day needs.
Which side of the road do you drive on?
Driving is on the left-hand side of the road, but most rental cars have left-hand steering, making it easy for visitors.
What is included at the villa?
Basic essentials, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and laundry facilities, are standard. We make our villa exceptional by offering more than the basic expectation, we provide an elevated version of a vacation rental.

Is the villa close to the beach?
Yes. “As the crow flies,” Archipelago Villa is approximately 0.3–0.4 miles (about 500–650 meters) from Grace Bay Beach. The villa is approximately a 12-minute walk to the public beach access point at Grace Bay Beach, or about a 4-minute drive by car. Parking space is available.
Are groceries and supplies easy to find?
Yes. Graceway Gourmet is within a 6-minute walk from the villa, making it easy to pick up daily essentials. For added convenience, a tricycle with a large basket is provided for grocery runs and provisions—please remember to lock the bike when not in use.
For larger grocery shops, IGA is approximately 12 minutes away by car and is conveniently on the route from the airport to the villa, making it an easy stop on arrival. Grocery provisioning can also be arranged in advance through concierge services.
How is energy usage handled during our stay?
Electricity costs in Providenciales are significantly higher than in many destinations. To keep nightly rates fair, some villas monitor energy usage during each stay. The electrical meter may be recorded at check-in and check-out, with reasonable usage included and excess consumption billed separately. This encourages mindful use of air conditioning and power while maintaining comfort.

Are there security cameras on the property?
Yes. For safety and security, exterior security cameras may be installed around the perimeter of the property, such as at entrances or driveway areas. There are no cameras inside the villa or in private guest areas, and cameras are used solely for security purposes.
Are there power outages on the island?
Occasional outages can occur. Our villa is equipped with backup power generators to maintain comfort during brief interruptions.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Tap water is generally safe, but many guests prefer filtered or bottled water. We provide a 5 gallon water cooler which can be refilled on request.
