– Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

– A maximum of 10 guests are permitted.
– No parties, events, or large gatherings
– Overnight guests beyond the confirmed reservation are not allowed

– Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
– Please be mindful of neighbors, especially outdoors and near the pool

– Swim at your own risk — there is no lifeguard on duty
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
– No glass or breakable items in or around the pool
– No running, diving, or rough play
– Pool toys should be returned after use

– Exterior security cameras are in use for safety and property protection
-Cameras monitor exterior areas only (such as entry points and perimeter)
-There are no cameras inside the home

– Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home
-Smoking outdoors only, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly
– Illegal substances are strictly prohibited

-Check-out time must be respected
– Excessive mess, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges

– Please turn off lights, AC, and fans when not in use
– Close doors and windows when air conditioning is running

-You are responsible for your own energy consumption. Your meter will be recorded upon arrival.

-Any electricity used above the included allowance will be charged at the current local utility rate of approximately $0.45–$0.60 USD per kilowatt-hour (kWh), inclusive of fuel surcharges and utility fees.

-Any overage will be calculated after departure and charged to the card on file.

– Do not move furniture between indoor and outdoor spaces

-Rinse sand before entering the pool or home
-Do not hang towels or clothing on railings or furniture
– Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

-Dispose of trash in designated bins
– Do not leave food uncovered (island wildlife is very resourceful)

– Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their party
– The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

– Safes are provided in each room for your protection.

-Check-out time must be respected
– Excessive mess, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges

Security Deposit

◆A security deposit is required prior to check-in and will be applied to your final bill.
◆This deposit covers potential damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules.
◆The deposit will be applied to your bill after check-out, provided no damages or policy breaches are found.

Booking Terms

◆A deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
◆Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Wire Transfer (with fee), credit card, and debit card.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
◆All payments must include the 12% Turks & Caicos hospitality tax, $550 cleaning fee, and any electrical usage fees.
Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Check In / Check Out

◆Check-in time: 4:00 PM local time.
◆Check-out time: 10:00 AM local time.
◆Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated when possible, subject to approval and additional fees.
